What we do
We source pre-loved pieces from Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Goyard, Celine, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and other leading houses. Every bag is checked by hand, graded honestly and photographed so you can see exactly what you are buying before it reaches your door.
How we are different
- Authenticated before it is listed. Every piece goes through our authentication process before it is offered for sale.
- Honest condition grading. One clear five-step scale, a written condition report and photographs of any wear.
- Real photographs of the actual item. What you see in the listing is the bag you receive.
- Insured, tracked UK delivery and 14 days to return your order.
- Specialists you can talk to. Ask us anything about a piece, or request a video viewing before you buy.
Selling or trading with us
If you own a designer bag you no longer carry, we can buy it outright, sell it on consignment or take it in part exchange. Get a free valuation. Retailers can also apply for a trade account.
